A dry single-vineyard Riesling, harvested from the best steep and sloping vineyards, which goes well chilled with light meals.
The brothers Peter and Michael Ebert run the Edelberg winery hand in hand on Gonratherhof, a district of Weiler near Monzingen. From there, 18 hectares of vineyards are cultivated in various communities, where our “Herrenzehntel” also ripens.
