Description
Sauvignon Blanc? Doesn’t it come from somewhere else? Well, the roots may be hard to beat in terms of internationality, but in the Palatinate, too, the grape variety is growing into a real queen. And that’s why we quickly put the international out of our minds: because this is a Palatinate Sauvignon. The exotic notes are perhaps kiwi, but they are joined by gooseberries and a present acidity that gives it a lot of bite and body. And they are not exotic at all, but rather very Palatine.
